The inundation of the Defence Line of Amsterdam is repeatedly operated. The last time on military order of the German occupier. Below is an aerial view of the flooding in 1944-45 in the sector Zaandam. In the fort is an exhibition space in room 2, the NCO stay in the front building, to show the inundation and construction tools here, dedicated. There are also numerous objects exhibited during the excavations of, destroyed by the occupying forces, retractable turret buildings are found. Numerous artefacts remains of two 6cm retractable turret guns. The ruins of the retractable turret buildings outside the fort area to visit.
